I’m Chantal,
Nice to Meet You

Your Instructor

I’m Chantal, and I’m on a mission to redefine how healthcare professionals approach fall prevention. With over 25 years of experience in community care neurorehabilitation, I’m more than just a physiotherapist—I’m a mentor, educator, and advocate for hands-on, evidence-based care.

As a registered physiotherapist in Ontario and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I combine my academic background—starting with kinesiology and physiotherapy studies at the University of Ottawa and culminating in a doctorate from Nova Southeastern University—with my French Canadian roots and global experiences. My approach is practical and action-oriented. Whether I’m in a clinical setting, a post-secondary classroom, or leading a professional development course, my goal is to empower healthcare professionals to help their patients rebuild function, restore confidence, and rediscover independence.

For me, it’s not just about teaching—it’s about transforming. Let’s get to work.
